Hi, my name is

Vadim Zverugo

I build things for the web.

I’m a software engineer and tech entrepreneur who loves building web platforms and AI products. Right now I’m a principal software engineer at Opencare, shaping the technology and products that change the way patients and health providers connect. On the side, I also own AVSERVICE.BY, one of the biggest web directories of automotive businesses in Belarus.

01. About Me

Hey! I’m Vadim, and I’ve spent well over a decade building things that live on the internet. I got started back in 2010 as a remote contractor, shipping software for companies across all kinds of industries — and squeezing in plenty of side projects along the way. A few of those experiments grew into real, live products, and every one of them taught me something.

These days I work as a principal software engineer at Opencare, focused on building web platforms and AI products. I care less about any single tool and more about picking the right one for the job — the toolbox changes constantly, and honestly that’s half the fun. What stays constant is my focus on building things that are reliable, scalable, and genuinely useful to the people using them.

On the entrepreneurial side, I’m the owner of AVSERVICE.BY, one of the biggest web directories of automotive businesses in Belarus. There I focus on the product and financial side of the business — wearing that hat keeps me grounded: shipping something genuinely useful beats chasing perfection, and figuring out what people actually need is the part that matters most.
